INTRODUCTION

There are people who have the gift of influencing others, a characteristic that can be perceived early in childhood. A good leader is one who is capable of extracting the best from each person, is a person who is whole, enthusiastic and knows how to demonstrate firmness and motivate colleagues at the same time. Other important qualities of a leader are: initiative, flexibility, responsibility, determination, courage, dynamism, zeal and serenity.
A leader also needs to have the ability to know the right time to follow reason or emotion, to be able to adapt to constant change, and a willingness to stand up for his or her convictions, without neglecting other people's point of view.
In addition, the leader can not be afraid to expose himself, must have initiative, be a good communicator, have a strong sense of justice, be always ready to help and willing to listen to what others have to say.
















LEADER
Leadership is the art of leading people to achieve, with success, the results planned. This ability is one of the key features that help an individual stand out in both personal and work life. But, after all, this ability to influence and direct others is a natural gift or a competence that can be developed throughout life
THEORIES THAT WILL VISIT THE BETTER CLARIFYING THE ART OF LEADING
Leading is linked to two issues, the group and the influence that one has on that group. Because of this, there are some theories that aim to offer a better understanding of this power.
SituationalTheory
In turn, Situational Theory considers that there are thousands of situations within a group led and many profiles of leaders around the world. Thus, the standards do not apply because the myriad combinations of leadership types and situations that may occur does not allow an exact profile to be drawn.
TYPES OF LEADERS
Getting to know some leadership models also helps to understand the art of leadership a little more.
Autocratic
This is a type of leadership still very present in the corporate environment. In it, the leader does not promote the effective participation of the team in the projects, it makes all the necessary decisions by itself and usually oppresses its subordinates, seeing in them competitors, not collaborators. The execution of the demands is done with a lot of focus, and because of this, this leader always leads the processes with a lot of energy and vigor, but, does not value the skills, the knowledge and the results of the subordinates, and thus, creating an environment of work in which the professionals are overcharged.
Liberal
It gives employees the freedom to perform their duties without direct interference, participating only when requested. Professionals themselves are responsible for managing their functions and the results of their work. It is a way to show confidence in the ability of employees and give them more autonomy and motivation. However, the Liberal leader needs to be aware that employees are not left without driving or making serious mistakes that undermine the company's performance or become disengaged and disengaged.

Democratic
It allows all leaders to participate in the important decisions of the group and believes that ideas, constructive criticism and suggestions are important for the improvement of projects, the team and the organization as a whole, as well as working as a guideline for all. Through this type of leadership, the team itself decides how the division of tasks will be. This openness to dialogues, effective communication and constant feedbacks, develop interpersonal relationships among all, facilitates internal problem solving, increases employee motivation, ensures greater team commitment, and ensures the good results of such leadership. Anyway, the democratic leader needs to have emotional intelligence to find the balance and not lose control, focus and objectivity.
Motivator
This type of leader develops and works, through trust and optimism, the emotional of his employees, and thus, promotes motivation in the work environment. This profile is ideal for times of crisis and / or when the team needs to be united in order for the goals of the company to be achieved. The leader with such a personality should be careful not to let emotion dominate his management and disrupt his team in achieving success.
Technician
This type of leader has a lot of knowledge and technical ability, because of this, his decisions are followed and followed by the team. It participates and assists the whole process and gives security to its leaders, becoming an example to be followed.












CONCLUSION

The leader knows how to delegate with assertiveness, since it identifies the individual capacities of each one of its leaders and uses them to enhance their results. It presents challenges and motivating news, which create a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, favorable to the professional evolution and the achievement of the company's goals.
